All orders are processed within three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on order weight. Our goal is to offer our customers the most cost effective shipping and handling for their online JAVA Skin Care purchases.
Free shipping for orders of $39 or more.
Free shipping on all orders to US Military zones.
We offer a variety of shipping options, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. We ship to all 50 United States and US territories.
Shipping times vary according to domestic shipping zones. Normal shipping times for all 50 United States are 2 to 7 days.
Shipping to United States Territories can take up to 25 days.
At this time, we do not offer local delivery.
At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
100% money back on any products within 45 days of purchase (not including return shipping). If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the product (opened or unopened) to: JAVA Skin Care, 1080 Kingstown Rd. Bldg 8 – Suite 13, South Kingstown, RI 02879, USA. Should your order arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
